Beta features

Some features may be released in beta. Beta features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued without notice. We will try to provide advance warning for significant changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding contracts to use Repnow.io. The Service is not directed at children under 18. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@repnow.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Permitted use

You may use Repnow.io only for lawful business purposes — specifically, managing customer communications for your organization.

Prohibited activities

You must not:

1. a.use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in phishing;
2. b.violate any applicable law or regulation, including those governing messaging and data protection (GDPR, CCPA, TCPA);
3. c.reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Repnow.io;
4. d.use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive your customers or any third party;
5. e.exceed usage limits in a way that degrades performance for other users.

Third-party channel compliance

When using connected channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business API), you are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms. Violations of platform policies may result in suspension of your channel access.

Plans and billing

Repnow.io offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as expressly stated.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial for paid features. At the end of the trial, your workspace will revert to the free tier unless you provide payment details.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice before price increases take effect for existing subscribers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Your data

You retain full ownership of all customer data, conversations, and content you process through Repnow.io. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

License to operate

By using the Service, you grant Repnow.io a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your data solely as necessary to provide the Service.

Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

AI-generated content

Repnow.io uses AI to generate suggested and automated replies. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before they reach your customers, unless you have enabled fully autonomous AI reply mode.

Knowledge base

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you upload to the knowledge base used to train or inform AI responses.

Our IP

Repnow.io and its underlying technology, design, and brand are the intellectual property of Repnow.io and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.

Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

As-is service

Repnow.io is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repnow.io's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

1. a.the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; or
2. b.$100 USD.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Uptime

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

By you

You may terminate your account at any time from your workspace settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a security risk. We may also terminate accounts on free plans after 90 days of inactivity.

Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
